    Hello.
I start electrics at home and would like to set up a good alarm to start with.
Two-story house with garage and a small dog (York)
    - ground floor: garage, vestibule with access to the garage, living room with kitchen.
-floor: 4 rooms with windows (including a bathroom), utility room without a window, staircase
    I care ;
    - switching on and off using the keyboard or touch panel, not on the remote control (applies to the residential part, not the garage)
-to have an additional option to arm the ground floor separately when I am on the first floor or vice versa
    - detectors on cables
    -contacts
    - glass break sensor
-possibility to arm a full alarm despite a small dog in the house.
    - Wiśniowski garage door with automation + remote control with 3 additional channels (maybe it can be wisely connected and used so that you can open the gate and enter the car and then turn off the alarm completely to be able to enter the vestibule from the garage)
    - electric property gate (maybe it can be somehow connected and used)
    - there will be cameras on the property (the PARADOX LCD security alarm system-TM50 keypad can be used - only an example, if it is suitable) for viewing as a video to the intercom.
    - possibility of gsm notification.
    I am asking for advice.

    My proposition:
    - Integra 64
    - INT-TSI keypad (if you want to view cameras) or INT-KLCD (if you don't want to view cameras - normal keypad)
    - Bingo detectors or ISC-BPR2-W12
    - B-2 reed switches (recessed in the window - depending on the window)
    - IDINGO detector (cullet)
    - Depending on the requirements of the GSM module, GSM-LT1 or GSM-4

Integra gives you the ability to control home automation, so you can easily connect even a gate, etc.
If the conditions in the garage are difficult - it is worth using a dual sensor, eg ISC-BDL2-WP12G

Of course, if you want to have a keypad in your phone, I suggest you buy the ETHM-1 Plus module

When it comes to the Intrusion Detection System, SATEL is the most popular. The Integra control panel (32.64) would be suitable for you, depending on how many zones you need. An alternative to Satellite may be the ROPAM Optima GSM alarm with an integrated GSM module and operation via an application on the phone.

Before you suggest anything, read the instructions first ... After all, these boards have 1.2A power supplies as for the system in a two-story house, additionally with automation elements, it will certainly not be enough ...

My friend @suchytom start by counting how many lines in the control panel you really need, then calculate the current balance of the entire system, and for York, buy a heated kennel in the yard while arming the system at home ;)

    Best regards.

PS: Have you thought about external detectors ...? If not, it's worth thinking about.

Since when can you view cameras on TSG? For this you will need a TSI.

The ETHM capabilities are not only the keypad in the telephone

You're right, I got the names wrong. I'm not an installer, but I have some more idea about it.

Of course, not only that, it has more applications, but in this case I wanted to show that Satel also allows you to control the phone.

I would like to eliminate all remote controls, such as an alarm management phone, the only thing is a telephone notification about the event.
The second issue is how to solve the case when I would like to drive to the house, open the garage door with a remote control, drive into the garage and from the garage to enter the house without going through the yard. Could this remote control turn off the alarm in the garage for a moment so that he could enter the car and then enter the house normally by entering the code on the additional keyboard in the garage.
Another question, can I use the most ordinary keyboard to switch the alarm on and off during construction and use LCD keypads after construction?

I counted the movement sensors 12 pcs and the so-called reed switches 10.
What is the role of external sensors?

They detect an intruder before they come closer to the house and start tampering with windows / doors. Before he can damage them.

What kind of exchange do you propose? Time is chasing me and I put the cables on, so suggest something. I must have it secured.
Maybe at the beginning a control panel which will be permanently after completion of construction and during construction, some ordinary manipulator. I will buy the rest and add equipment when the construction is completed.

None at the moment. A colleague roughly counted the sensors and that's it. And he made the current balance, wondered how much time the central station should work without power supply, determined the budget? On what basis should we advise anything?
    best regards

How to think about Satel Integra 128 WRL immediately has a built-in receiver for remote controls plus an input expander and, additionally, a buffer power supply. The above-mentioned control panel has a built-in GSM module immediately - SMS notifications about the system status and the possibility of possible control via SMS.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around selecting an effective alarm system for a two-story house with a garage, accommodating a small dog. Key requirements include wired sensors, the ability to arm different floors separately, and a user-friendly control interface without remote controls. Recommendations include the SATEL Integra control panel, specifically models Integra 64 and Integra 128 WRL, which support home automation and have built-in GSM modules for notifications. Suggested components include various detectors (Bingo, ISC-BPR2-W12, IDINGO for glass breakage), reed switches, and the possibility of integrating with Wiśniowski garage door automation. The importance of external sensors for early detection of intruders is also highlighted.
