    For what purpose? Do you install xenon?

    It is practically enough to combine blue / white with white in the area of the low / high beam switch.

    I think you mean the road only, because unfortunately this option will not be. Unless to use a "hidden" switch.

    The most important and so is the question of the need for such a solution, because I consider it unnecessary, probably for Chinese bi-xenon which will be illegal in this lamp anyway.

    I have not met anyone who would turn on both lights at the same time on a scooter, but I gave a solution anyway.
    Such things were done in some cars after changing the lamps that required the dipped beam not to go out - mainly from H4 to bi-xenon.

The Chinese in this kennel have such "double" headlights, but with the low / high beam function on the left and right side of the lamp, they have two 18 / 18W or 25 / 25W S2 or HS1 double filament bulbs with reduced power. With the rest of the diagram you gave it follows. Only some Chinese cars have separate headlamps for low beam and high beam, most often those whose design is copied from Italian scooters. And in Italian there is something else used, for example Aprilia SR50 and Piaggio NRG Power have halogen bulbs (from what I remember) H8 35W with a plastic base and a plug housing (like typical HB3 cars), yet they do not glow together with the traffic light on.
