Hello forum users, I have a question regarding the coding of a new Opel 2.0cdti key 90 cdti from 2008. I have an opcom, but unfortunately I can't connect it, because, unfortunately, already with Renault, how could someone recommend a relatively expensive interface to program the key , because they prefer PLN 300 for the key clone, I would prefer to add and buy the interface and add it to the ecu and delete the lost second key. Thank you for your reply and best regards.

Unfortunately, but no such option in the program as the body / immobilizer, it is no longer Opel only Renault unfortunately, I found such an interface as a Renault Clip only if someone could confirm with this interface I can definitely add a key because it is a shame to throw money on a device which I will diagnose I only have mistakes.

This instruction does not apply to vivaro. There is no immobilizer option on this model for this model.

Vivaro is a crossbreed, and more like a nun, I can't say anything to myself, I can but maybe tech2 but I never checked, I always write these hybrids in a file because I'm sure he'll go in 1 shot.
I can add you to the file.

How can you explain to what file? and what to do with it? that would be grateful, besides, I would order a renault clip but nowhere can I find the info if I will do it.

How is the issue of adding a key to the 1.9 dci from 2003?

So I come with a clean key, i.e. a new one, plus a new transponder and driving a new version of CP can handle it ??

buddy mako110 you were right to connect with carprog, mine is from china and connected to vivro 2008 although I read on the producer's website only until 2006. and here is a surprise :) I read newer, I just want to find out because I went to the immo tab, I chose renault traffic connected, I gave read immo, I read the keys were added 4 but strangely duplicated, I switched to key 5 and gave Add key / card and the message all keys / cards popped out will be erased and asks whether to continue as I give it will not clear me the keys that already exist ??

that is, according to this, there can only be one key because each time it will delete the existing one, something rather wrong here? unless for one procedure you can add existing and new ??

    why?
during the procedure, enter the number of keys you want to program and add them, you have the message when to insert or remove from the ignition, or turn the ignition on or off.

During the procedure, it erases all saved keys, then you program the ones you have.

Just as colleagues write, delete all and add the old ones from this car and the new one (clean, transcoded under a given make and model).

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the challenges of programming a new key for a 2008 Opel Vivaro 2.0 CDTI using an OPCOM interface. Users share their experiences with various diagnostic tools and interfaces, noting that the OPCOM may not connect properly for key programming. Recommendations include using the Renault Clip interface, IMMO TOOL, CARPROG, and FVDI for successful key addition and ECU interaction. It is highlighted that during the key programming process, existing keys may be erased, necessitating the reprogramming of all keys. Users express concerns about the cost of cloning keys and seek confirmation on the effectiveness of the suggested tools.
