    Hello,

I have the following problem: Well, I have a MSI B75A-G43 motherboard and it shows me 99 in the lower right corner when booting, I searched Google and found it to be an I / O error. I reset, flashed the BIOS (via the jumper and by removing the battery) and nothing helps. But it is enough to connect a keyboard or a mouse to the PS2, it all moves, I can install the system, work on it, reads the USB ports, even while working, I can disconnect the keyboard from the PS2 port and it continues to work until I reset / turn off the system by myself.
Do you have any advice on how to make it work "normally".

    greetings

You may have a short circuit somewhere. Remove and reinsert the 4 (8) and 24 pin power plugs from the power supply.
Remove and reinsert RAM, graphics card, then perform CMOS reset again.
If it doesn't help, take the plate on a wooden table and run "on the spider".

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

Enter the model and brand of the power supply. Error 99 can also mean power problems.

Maybe there is a short circuit in PS2. If the motherboard is under warranty, I suggest RMA, because you won't be soldering the entire port.
Take a look at the PCI-e slots and the socket, if the pins are not bent, because in the network they suggest that it is something on the PCI-e bus.

The pins look okay on the warranty, unfortunately it is not and the theory with a short circuit on PS2 is quite likely

Finally, you can hook up a PS / 2 keyboard and that's it. For me, at least I can have a PS / 2 and USB keyboard connected at the same time and both work then. So you put that PS / 2 somewhere behind the PC and let it lie. Simple solutions are good because they are good and simple ;)
