    Processor: i5 6400 2.7GHz
Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (2x4GB)
Power supply: Corsair VS Series 450W
BIOS: I installed the last one about 2 months ago
System: Windows 10 Home constantly updated

Symptoms as in the title. Today I turn on the computer and all I see is a black screen. I open the case and see that two of the three LEDs on the motherboard are off. I took a close look at the album and didn't notice anything special. All parts are 14 months old. Please help. What can be the reason and can it be removed without unnecessary expenses?

E: These are + DRAM and + CPU LEDs. The short description has apparently been cut off.

E2: So the + VGA diode is on and it means that the problem is in the graphics system, right? I will add that I use integrated processor graphics.

I suggest replacing the power supply.

It is worth to reset the BIOS to start with. Remove RAM, run without seeing if the status of the LEDs changes. Run RAM on one dice and see how it will be. At the moment it is hard to say.

Strange thing. Last night the computer turned on normally, not today again.
After the BIOS reset and RAM removal, the + DRAM LED lights up. After testing each memory, the + VGA LED lights up separately.
There will be a problem with the replacement of the power supply. I don't have access to any.

Look at the connectors for the sockets on the motherboard, especially the 4-pin processor power supply.
You can measure the power supply voltage, as you can do with a multimeter.
Attach a screenshot from the main window (SIV, Status).

    I can't see anything there.

As soon as I get a meter, I will measure it.

How would I do that if the system did not boot?

How will it probably start again.
And when starting up, no symbols (A2?) Are displayed on the black screen, bottom right corner?

    Nothing but a black screen.

    EDIT
I have successfully turned on the computer. At first this diode on the board was lit, but I left the room for about 2 minutes and after returning I saw that it took off. So I made screenshots of this program.

And how did the action end? Because I have the same problem.
