    Hello
As in the subject: I am looking for a 50-55 inch tv at a price preferably up to 3000 (although I can add up to 500 to this amount) that would meet the following requirements - what do you recommend? Thanks in advance for any info:

    1. How big is the room where the TV should be? Ok. 2,8x3,2
    2. How far are we from the TV screen? 1-2m
    3. How many people sit in front of the TV? 1
    4. Are we sitting in front of the screen or sideways to the screen? directly.
    5. Is the TV supposed to stand or hang? Both versions are considered
    6. How does the sun shine in the room? The TV will stand sideways to the window. The sun is falling from the right, the room is sunny.
    7. What is your TV currently? I do not have
    8. What do we want the TV to have? 4K UHD, HDR, Internet, Wi-Fi, DLNA, USB - multimedia, USB - recording, HDMI, USB x3
    9. What signal will be connected to the TV? DVB-T (MPEG-4), DVB-T2, DVB-S2, DVB-C, analog,
    10. What devices? Laptop via WiFi
    11. How many hours a day should the TV work? I can't tell
    12. Does it happen that you watch only one program for several hours? No
    13. What kind of programs do you watch most often? Movies, series, sport, entertainment
    14. Are you going to surf the internet? Yes
    15. Are you going to play games - no
    16. Brand preferences? Lack
    17. Size preferences? 50 -55 "
    18. What annoys you on TVs? Long channel switching
    19. Do you watch more in the evenings or during the day? Most at night.
    20. Up to what maximum amount do you plan to buy? PLN 3500, however, I am able to slightly exceed this amount.
    21. How often do you change TV sets at home? No
    22. Do you use internet applications often? It happens.

I would prefer that tv was not on Android, because from what I learned, this is not the best platform - if it is different then please get me out of error. And finally - matrix with refreshment min. 100 Hz.

Unfortunately, there is no TV that would meet these three conditions at the same time.
You need a TV with a VA matrix (night viewing).
For 3-3.5 thousand PLN you will buy a lower middle class TV in size 55 inches and a 50 Hz matrix.
E.g. Panasonic 50EX700 or Samsung KU64xx (here you must always check if there is a VA matrix, samsung non stop)
If you are not afraid of Chinese people, then you can wait a moment and see TCL c70 - it will be in stores in September. 50hz, VA, no picture liquefier.

If you want 100Hz then you need to raise the budget to about 5-5.5 thousand PLN.

Thanks for the answer. How about this model: Philips 49PUS6561? This is not VA, but I found a lot of good reviews about it and ... it is in the budget

I had this TV and sold it over a month ago.
Look for my opinions because I wrote about him many times.
In general - he didn't do it for me. Unsuccessful model.

Parents have this Philips 6561. In the day it may still be somehow suitable for watching, although it is impossible to get a good reproduction of movement.
PNM jerks too much even on the Minimum so the liquefier is completely turned off and the Clear LCD has the impression that it is slightly 'handicapped', i.e. it reduces blur in motion but it has nothing to do with Blur 10 in Samsung.

As for the evening viewing, it was recently inspired by the Chmielewski test (LG SJ810 and Panasonic EX780), evening photos of both TVs:
    http://www.tvtest.pl/wp-content/uploads/Panasonic-58EX780-kontra-LG-55SJ810-08.jpg

I also took a night photo of my Samsung on VA and their Philips. KSa 7000 calibrated professionally (calibrated), but for the test I went into 'Standard' and set the settings as they were by default in the movie mode. Philips also on the default 'Film':

Besides, what about the fact that IPS has good color reproduction at an angle, if during evening viewing the black turns completely gray and it looks TRAGIC:

You wrote yourself that you watch straight and mainly at night because don't take IPS under any circumstances, you will quickly regret your choice.

Anyway, I'm just a gray user, so LOCOLOCO will bring me down to the ground that I am talking about stupidity so that it is not just my opinion, IPS vs VA falls similarly:

    VA:

and even worse in the lower price shelves:

Indeed, this matrix looks quite weak. And if I raised the budget to 4000, would it be able to find something about 50 inch noteworthy with a VA matrix and 100Hz refresh rate? Is this still not enough?

Unfortunately, still not enough ... although FHD, 100 Hz, VA you would find so much that it is practically the same exhibition :(
