Only when I lightly touch the hose does the water move. Sometimes it doesn't show itself for a week and two and it takes water flawlessly, and sometimes it can fail for a few days in a row. I have no idea how this flush works. The only way to get to it is through a small hole through this window with buttons. I also don't know what company this cistern is, when I bought the apartment it was already mounted in the wall. What could be the cause? Is this hose bent too much or not enough?
