Hello, I have a problem with the iphone 5s, the phone has stopped working, i.e. black screen with the logo and nothing else, the computer does not detect it, but the charger is charging. I returned the phone to the service and the iDream service rejected the complaint (as a warranty) due to the modification inside the device - damaged socket on the motherboard. Can anyone explain to me how the motherboard could get damaged? I would like to add that my son used the phone and only charged it, the phone was never opened, so I don't know where the damage might be. iDream wanted to disable the Find My iPhone service while repairing the phone, claiming that it could do nothing until the service was disabled. They sent me pictures of the damage, but since I don't know anything about it, I can't deduce anything. Please answer what could have been the cause of this damage, because I have the impression that they are trying to push me off.
    greetings

You can see that the phone was opened by someone without any idea, the screws are missing, the connector that you can see in the photo was simply deleted by wrong plugging, the battery was crushed. Nobody teases, and the theory that the son used and never opened the phone is clearly wrong, the only question is whether the son will admit what he did.

You need to solder the socket and it should be ok :)
