Hello ! I have a problem with the phone (iPhone 5s), namely colored stripes appeared on it. Touch does not work in place of these stripes. My phone didn't fall off. I have it for six months and my question is: Will they accept it as a guarantee and how long will I have to wait for it?

Give back for guarantees. How long you will wait depends on the website.

With such a little attention it looks like mechanical damage and the warranty will probably be voided.
