Process of Transferring Funds from Orange Prepaid Phone to Bank Account

Welcome.
The whole idea is that for several years I have a number in Orange. According to their offer, for each top-up from the bank account I get an additional 30% top-up, and another 10% to the Piggy bank, from where I can transfer money to the main account. Together I get 140% of what I pay, so after recharging for 100 PLN I get 140 PLN to the main account.
Additionally, I get a bunch of internet for free. I use the Internet because this is the whole incident, but I would like to recover the money in as much as possible (maybe I still earn it; P)
All websites that deal with this have very high margins, so I would ask for some recommendation with a low one, or for some instructions / help in setting up an SMS Premium gateway (I am sending SMS in a few words, some will probably recommend the costs of maintaining the goal and the rest for my account) .
I have accumulated a lot on this account because I use the internet in huge amounts and I would like to recover as much as possible.

Chick, I have a top-up on my account and I'd rather stay there than I would like to get rid of half of it to get the leftovers ...

I wrote to http://www.banksms.pl/ would they manage to reduce the commission to 20% then theoretically on every 100pln top-up I would have 110 on account If it fails, well - I will try to ask if they have any advice for me how to do it, or why it does not work the way I want.

My colleague I see quite a topic oriented From what I have read on the Internet, these high commissions result only from the operator's actions, which, if the money is willingly accepted, it really does not like to get rid of them. You can not miss them, because they are in the possession of the same operator. Unless, perhaps, you know a way?
