Huawei Y6 II Compact - USB OTG does not work after connecting the device :-(

I bought a phone like the one in the description, I wanted USB OTG, I installed a program that supposedly shows that this phone supports USB OTG, however, after connecting whether it was a pen drive (exFAT) or a mouse, I checked various devices, to no avail. Does anyone need any additional settings to run the USB OTG application?

I will add that the description of the phone and GSMchoice is that the phone supports USB-OTG V2.0.

It should work without an application. Check the adapter, because when I bought 5 pieces occasionally, one was damaged, maybe you were unlucky.

Hmmm I'll do it because I have one adapter from the Mikrotik router was included and maybe he has some other pin connections.

This device does not support USB OTG despite the descriptions on various pages that do.
The manufacturer's website clearly states that this model has no USB OTG.
