Samsung UE43KU6072 HDMI-CEC Issues with IPS3000 Tuner & Kodi on Orange PI Lite

Until now, I thought Samsung was the benchmark of perfect HDMI-CEC cooperation.
Yesterday I tried to launch the Multimedia IPS3000 tuner and no success .
As far as HDMI works, the only effect of cooperation of devices is turning on the TV if I turn on the tuner.
Does anyone have an IPS300 tuner and a Samsung TV to confirm if the tuner supports HDMI-CEC?
I connected Kodi (Openelec on Orange PI Lite), the first positive impression, the keys from the TV remote control worked, but the attempt to configure the network caused Kodi to suspend and after each start the remote control worked shorter and shorter until it stopped supporting Kodi.
Here I am not sure of the reason, because after returning home Kodi could not be operated with the TV remote control despite charging HDMI-CEC, either the TV damaged something after HDMI, or suspensions damaged the Kodi image on the card.
After re-uploading the HDMI-CEC to Kodi it works (with problems).
I remind you of the 6 series TV, model KU6072, whether the customer got a broken TV, whether it was a model software error, I did a firmware upgrade, but it did not help.

The problem is known ... unfortunately samsung something broke when it comes to "hdmi-cec" with input 4k and hdmi 2.0, 2.2, older TV was working fine here. You have two solutions, change the HDMI cable to a really good one, because if kodim also have such circuses then either the cable or the TV is actually released, if the TV does not support this and that by gdmi-cec, all that remains is to report it to the manufacturer to improve the firmware .. so that nothing will change.

I am a user of the second Samsung TV, they work perfectly with the Dreambox 900 tuner. I suppose the fault is on the tuner's side.

Thanks for the info, but it's the TV's fault, because Kodi is in trouble despite working properly with other Samsung phones.
For the sake of clarity, I changed several cables of different origin that work properly with other devices.

For 100% certainty, I have a request to owners of Multimedia IPS3000 tuners to confirm (or deny) whether this tuner correctly supports HDMI-CEC.
In the tuner instructions it says that the CEC works and the remote control from the tuner supports TV, and normally it should work the other way around ...
Best regards and waiting because I would prefer not to call the service without reason.
It turns out that the TV supports some devices, so if it is malfunctioning it is only partially.
