    Hello and welcome.
I am asking for help in setting the CEC so that the remote control from Zgemma can turn the TV on and off. Pictures 1i2 show the CEC settings in Zgemma h9s and pictures 3i4 of the settings in Zgemma, which works on the openatv software. Here and here I turned on the CEC and nothing happens, in the last photo in the list of CEC devices, tv does not see Zgemma. Thank you in advance for your help. Pictures attached.

Is Aquos-Link turned on on the TV?

Please turn off HDMI-ARC - with these devices, turning on this function does not make sense, and may even be disturbing.

Already turned off, but still does not see the death. Where can I find this link in Sharp?

Turning off HDMi-AC was only to avoid further problems.

Hmm, I looked through the instructions for that TV set. This feature is not visible, and it was implemented in older models.
Maybe it would be advisable to talk to Sharp's service and make sure about enabling HDMI-CEC on this model. On older models, enabling Aquos-Link was necessary for HDMI-CEC to take effect.

Thanks for the information. I called the service in Warsaw. They said that the ARC should be turned on and connected to HDMI1, I did so, I also did the other way around, i.e. without ARC. but nothing, no change. It is possible that zgemma and sharp are not compatible with hdmi cec? I think the solution will be to buy a universal remote control :(

ARC is to be turned on when the connection between the TV and the set-top box is involved?
I will abstain from the opinion and stand by what I wrote previously.
And did a colleague ask the mentioned service about the Aquos-Link issue in this TV?

    Why not, you can too.
Did your colleague try to connect a different HDMI cable?

so I asked, the guest replied that in this TV one HDMI output is automatically triggering aquos link and works as CEC. So I connected it with an hdmi cable, which worked on Sony TV with a CEC with a decoder and nothing else. I suspect that maybe this function only works on dedicated hardware, e.g. Sharp. Well, if you can't do anything, then you will buy a remote control and program it according to your preferences, it will be different, hahah.
Thank you friend for help, I have a lot of learning ahead of me, so at the beginning the option kindergarten with pilt hehe

CEC was working. After making the settings in the tuner and tv, turn off the tuner from the power and turn it on again. Since then, the cec. In the TV sharp, it is true that the CEC should work, connect the HDMI cable to socket 1, it does not work on others.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting the Zgemma H9S set-top box to a Sharp Aquos LC-65UI7352E TV using HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics Control). The user seeks assistance in enabling CEC functionality so that the Zgemma remote can control the TV's power. Initial suggestions include ensuring that Aquos-Link is enabled on the TV and disabling HDMI-ARC to avoid conflicts. However, the user reports that the TV does not recognize the Zgemma device. Further investigation reveals that the Aquos-Link feature may not be available on newer models, and compatibility issues between Zgemma and Sharp devices are suspected. The user ultimately decides to purchase a universal remote control as a workaround. Successful CEC functionality was later achieved by ensuring the HDMI cable was connected to the correct port and rebooting the devices.
