I have a problem with the balcony door. I can not close the handle.
It should be vertically down, but unfortunately I can only turn it that much. You can not get down. The problem would be simpler to solve if it happened with the door closed.
Unfortunately, with the door open, the latch can not be moved. Therefore, the frame is not blocking, but something else.
I would add that the position of the pins in different settings seems to be correct. You can also open the window without a problem.

    Do you have any ideas?

Thanks for the help in advance.

There are eccentric screws on the side of the door or, as it is technically called. Regulation needed.
On youtube you will probably find not one movie with adjustable windows and doors. Describe - it's a lot of writing.

Unfortunately not. The screws are well set. Something is blocking in the window wing itself (in the middle)

I had a similar situation. Silicone spray lubricant on the pin strip, settled the matter.

Unscrew the slat on the side of the profile. The mechanism is hidden under it. Probably a piece of plastic, which is supposed to stabilize the mechanism, broke up and blocks the lock.
