Hello. My problem with the balcony door is that it only opens to the obtuse position. Inability to turn the handle vertically as if it were blocked. I would like to add that after pressing the lever of the wrong position of the handle (I have a non-twisted / tilted one), you can easily turn the handle up and tilt the door.

The lever is not pressed in by the element screwed to the frame. The wing has a lacing? It was like that from the beginning?

This has been the case recently. The wing has a lacing, but the handle and lever are much above it (the lacing divides the door not in half, but about 1/3 from the bottom, and the handle and lever are in the middle). In addition, the lever is not pressed by any screwed-on element, but by the frame itself. You can see that the lever is pressed when closing the leaf, hitting the frame, besides, I thought that maybe for some reason the frame started to press the lever too weakly, but with the leaf open it is enough to press the lever very slightly to make the tilt mechanism work. I would like to add that the problem is not that something restricts the movement of the handle to some extent, but completely blocks it as if the lever was not pressed. Is something else, apart from the lever, responsible for "triggering" the tilt function ???

And the sash fits well into the frame, especially at the bottom? The bottom foot can also block. Make another attempt by pressing the lock completely with your finger. Maybe it is pressed too hard, not too weakly.

Check at the bottom of the door and the frame whether the latch that is to form the "hinge" enters its place (on the door you have a movable latch that is to go behind the lock mounted in the frame).

Localized problem. It turns out that, however, the frame presses the lever about 1-2mm too little. So moving the door horizontally to the left in the direction of the lever's contact with the frame should help, but how to make the adjustment in this direction? The lower hinge has an Allen screw and it is probably used for adjustment, while the upper hinge does not have any screw.

The upper one also has it. You have to open the door wide, it's on the wing, right above the hinge, from the side. But strange, because the wing always descends spontaneously in this direction and usually you have to pull it back after some time. Maybe the wing profile bent towards the glass (that's why I asked about the lacing). Place the batten against the side of the wing and check that it is not bent. If so, then you just need to pull away.

Problem solved. The wing is shifted slightly to the left and it tilts properly and opens more smoothly to the open position. As for the regulation, it turns out that there is nothing at the top, while the bottom regulates the entire vertical and level. Thank you for your help.

It definitely is. If it is not on the side, it is on the stay arm (the flat bar on which the wing is ajar). When viewed from the top, there is a socket for the hexagon socket in the eccentric, which changes the length of the arm, thus moving the entire sash to the sides.

There is actually an adjustment at the top, already adjusted, thanks.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a balcony door handle issue where the handle only opens to an obtuse position and is blocked from turning vertically. The user describes that pressing the lever allows the handle to tilt the door, indicating a potential misalignment or insufficient pressure from the frame on the lever. Various responses suggest checking the fit of the sash into the frame, ensuring the latch engages properly, and adjusting the hinges to improve the lever's contact with the frame. Ultimately, the user resolves the issue by shifting the door slightly to the left, allowing proper tilting and opening functionality.
