The problem is that when I start a movie online (e.g. YouTube), the movie cuts as if the disc was scratched. It's not the internet's fault, because only some of them freeze on my sister's computer. The question is: What can be done about it?
The moderators told me to write the parameters (although in this case I don't know what it has to do with anything):
    Pentium IV 2.8GHz
    Radeon HD3450 512Mb
    DDR DIMM 1.25 Gb

What quality do you watch these videos in? Even at the minimum setting (240p) is it the same?
Do you have all Flash Players, Active X, Java, etc. updated?
    BTW, what browser?

Does the same occur in Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox and other browsers?

Maybe your switch is overheating and losing packets.
    Start->run->cmd
    Ping wp.pl -t
and observe the moments whether they all arrive and whether their times are relatively stable.

Maybe let's give the author a chance to fill in the necessary information before we delve into distant theories.

Google Chrome browser, unfortunately my computer is currently under repair, so I can't check if it works, I don't know how to check it. is the flash player updated, etc. I will check in other browsers when I find a movie that jams on my sister's computer

Hello, your problem (like mine until today) is related to the "junk" you have on your computer, it does not depend on the Internet connection, no lost packets or anything like that. Just go to "folder options", check it to show you hidden folders and files, and then go to the documents of all users via c: and delete all "cookies" files in them, i.e. the so-called cookies, and all files from the "temp" folders, also delete all files in the windows/temp folder. Just be careful not to delete the entire "temp", "cookie" etc. folders, just delete their contents. If you need anything, please write - I will help or guide you on how to do it. Regards!

I'll join in on the topic. I have a problem with weak buffering of videos. Net works fine.

I cleaned: ccleaner, clean registry, malwerbytes.

When I entered the cmd command ping wp.pl -t: times from 49s to 250, i.e. varied.

Where could the problem be? Browsers reinstalled: opera, mozilla. flash reinstalled.

none of these things helped... I remind you that ONLY SOME online videos stutter. e.g. recently I wanted to watch the movie "Trainer" and it got stuck
