Hello, I have to replace the heaters. Today I took the whole cockpit, everything is visible, but I have no idea what to do next, how to get to it? Everything looks as if it were connected together, there are also air conditioning cables. What to do next, I will be very grateful for your help, because I have no clue.

From the engine compartment side, you unscrewed how many bolts (nuts)?

From the engine side I can see one maybe two screws top. I understand that you have to remove this whole case, right?

3 are from the heater and were still plastic under the cabin filter.

See in Google how it looks after dismantling - yes, you have to remove all.

In Polo IV 2003 (this is probably the next version, the one with lamps like a mercury spectacle :D ) the entire shearer is held by a metal cockpit frame, from the engine compartment side they are only held by air pipes and water pipes, maybe it is similar. Of course, you dismantle the whole plastic body with a blower, evaporator and heater, only after removing it you remove the heater.
