    Hello.

As in the subject, I bought the phone from the beginning of August, after which I got a few falls on my back.

Now an interesting situation, I'm sitting at home, next to my amplifier with a jack cable, connect it to the phone, and this in turn turns off.
Interestingly, the phone turned off showing the "mi" logo for a moment and shining the green notification LED, the screen turned on for a moment in black, unfortunately not to turn on again.
My surprise was even greater when the phone was connected to charging, it began to light up alternately with a notification LED this time in red.

I left it to charge overnight, but in the morning it did not light a diode, moreover, after unplugging and reconnecting it to the power supply, it lights up again.

I doubt that the phone will be accepted because it shows a dent, am I mistaken?

Please, orient me what I should do next.

    Thank you and best regards.

If the screen is not cracked and only some dent on the housing then you can try the service under warranty, if they reject it then you will worry further.

The screen after cleaning has no scratches or damage, numerous abrasions are visible on the back, the frame surrounding the display and plastics, which differ in color from the metal part of the housing.

The third person holding him said that the dog had bitten him.

    Thank you tino2003 :)

Send, damage or damage to the housing except as I wrote before LCD (where mechanical damage is visible to the naked eye) here it can not be found without dismantling the phone.

    Inside a snapdragon.
    Sorry for being late.

As a supplement, I will add what else I have learned.

Windows can't see the phone, it loads, but I don't have a note about connecting even a data carrier.
Vol- and power does not work.

I bet on a damaged power manager - a common fault in this model.

Topic summary

The user reports issues with their Xiaomi Note 4, which has stopped turning on after experiencing falls. The device briefly displays the "mi" logo and shows a green LED notification before shutting down. When connected to a charger, the LED alternates between green and red, but the phone does not respond to power or volume button presses. The user expresses concern about a dent on the phone's housing potentially affecting warranty service. Responses suggest that if the screen is undamaged, the user may still pursue warranty service, despite the dent. Some speculate that a damaged power manager could be the cause of the malfunction, a known issue with this model. The phone is identified as having a Snapdragon processor, and it is not recognized by Windows when connected.
