The battery very quickly discharges, on the wifi when using the Internet or watching Youtube endure 1-1.5 h, and without using a phone and turned off the wifi around 12h. Another problem is switching off the phone with about 20% of the battery. I do not know what can be a problem and if the battery is still working, additionally the phone stops charging when it is not on something :) Thank you in advance for your help.

In addition, many users complain about the same ailment as you. Probably it is some factory defect. Take a look here:

This link applies in total to Xiaomi.eu roms ... Let's say this in both MIUIPolska / Xiaomi.eu and official roms (eg Global) sometimes there were some wtopi that caused some problems of this type. For example, after the last update of MIUI 9 Global I have also a lot of battery consumption through the system (and from what I read on the internet I'm not alone in this ;) ).

Although your friend's charging problems may indicate some damage. Here it is also worth asking if it did not happen, for example, after updating the rom and what the friend rom has (imported from China could be in the global or Chinese version and then it was uploaded eg. MIUIPolska rom)

As for the aforementioned factory defect in Redmi Note 4x, I have not heard of such ...

He may have a colleague, luckily, that some fake has hit, because after such a time there should not be such a significant loss of capacity. I have an older Redmi Note 3 Pro at home and it lasts longer (even on the mentioned new MIUI 9 where after the last update there is a problem with the energy-saving system) ...

Matters like I mentioned can be a lot from some hardware failure after software problems. Is not this the last problem you can check in the android, peeking what percentage "eats" the most energy. It may be the fault of the rom, it may be the fault of some application, and something could have been damaged in the phone ...

I will say just like a colleague is not able to diagnose it himself, it is better to talk to a person who can deal with it and possibly fix it. Unfortunately, the action "on the peds" is not the best way out - maybe more harm than good to bring ...

It may come in handy. I have Redmi 4a. Zrootowany. Until now, the battery lasted about 4 days as the handset itself. I installed the Root Esential application, where the tools are battery calibration. At the moment, it's 11 days from charging. 36% left. Only as a handset, because I use WiFi and transfer occasionally. pozdr

The battery to be replaced by a replacement, will work 2 days later, half of it. As you change it yourself, remember that it is glued on two straps, which often break as they pull them out :)
I would still have to replace the usb connector on the board, it costs 7 zlotys on ali and I would start with that.
