    Hello

    Gas-electric cooker BEKO CSE 52620 D

The oven broke down a few days ago. At the moment, the symptoms are as follows:

By turning the temperature knob, at the very beginning of the movement you can hear the sound of switching on / switching on, soft and again audible when turning the knob to the "zero" position, the oven light does not turn on.

After setting the temperature with the right knob, when turning the left knob, whether to the right or left, when jumping to the first position, the light next to the temperature knob lights up but goes out immediately. You can slowly turn to "catch" the place where it lights up and by holding the knob in this place "keep" the lit temperature indicator. After switching to any of the positions, i.e. hot air, heating down, heating up, heating down + up, etc., you can still hear the fan, which normally always turned on after the oven was finished.

The clock is set to the correct time.
Please direct where and what to check first

The rest of the oven works OK.

The most suspicious oven mode selector (left knob).
Maybe it's this one, but ask in the store:

You'd have to go and check with a pass meter. Try one of the modes briefly.
When you undress, you will probably see what and how.

    Edition:
I can see that a colleague above found the right model faster :)

Well, good luck because I have been unable to ask the BEKO service for repairing the washing machine for 15 days, despite the daily calls

Not this website is different. Unless it's under warranty.

Thank ;) for days I will take the stove apart and see what and how. There is nothing to dream about the warranty service because it is a fault of the "right after the warranty" ;)

I will let you know what and how, because I will probably need some tips or help ;)

I did not speak for a long time because somehow it turned out ;)

In any case, the oven works for now, in fact the problem was the "oven mode selector" - thanks to MARCIN.SLASK and mrx2000.

I undressed, looked at it, disconnected, checked the passage and it's okay ... but after a closer look it turned out that the penultimate "bridge" is getting cut. More precisely, this element on the spring, after the pressure was released on it by the protruding element on the axis of the "divider", the spring did not push it out enough to reach the connection. Besides, this protruding "selector" on the shaft on this very "bridge" is clearly worn / worn out, as if it had to force its way through it with some greater force. Or maybe melted from temperature, in total the color of this "bridge" seems to be more "warmed".

In any case, it works for the moment and if it sprinkles again, this time I will replace it with a new one.

    Hello.
Old topic but maybe someone can tell me how to replace this selector?
On the underside of the button panel there are two moles which are not a problem but on the top something is holding.
How do you unscrew it? Do you have to remove the top with the burners?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with the Beko CSE 52620 gas-electric cooker, specifically an oven breakdown characterized by a malfunctioning temperature knob and an oven light that does not turn on. Users suggest that the oven mode selector (left knob) may be the culprit, recommending checks with a multimeter. The original poster later identifies that the problem was indeed with the oven mode selector, which had a worn component affecting its functionality. After inspection and temporary fixes, the oven is operational, but a replacement of the faulty part is anticipated if issues recur.
