    In the end, it turned out that I had a spyware application on my phone that was installed without my knowledge. The icon appeared when taking a photo or tracking the screen.
    Later I happened to use the AZ Screen Recorder application - the same icon is displayed during the screen recording, only then I used the application consciously and I already knew what a mysterious stamp it was ;)
