Samsung S7 Edge Android 7.0: Unidentified Plus Icon Next to Alarm Clock Affecting Battery Life

Hello. I have an unusual problem that appeared after updating the system from 6.0 on android 7.0. I am not able to find information about one icon (the one with plus next to the alarm clock icon). Can anyone help? I have the impression that since the appearance of this icon, the battery has been keeping shorter. I am sorry if you have a bad department, but when I write from the phone I have only 7 departments to choose from, no scrolling the list displayed.

Hello, this is so-called 'Data Saver' and it limits internet consumption by 4G / 3G over the phone. This has nothing to do with the energy consumption and battery life of the device.
