I am asking for help, 3 mechanics have already failed.
After the engine warms up, it enters the emergency mode (mazda 6 2.0 2003) and the engine and traction light comes on and the fuel flow error pops up (after cooling, these lights are still on, but there is no emergency mode). it all started with a worn tooth on the shaft and the mechanic, before he figured out what it is, he was looking for 2 weeks and after the repair there are these circuses.
what was done / checked:
-Total regeneration of 2 injections and cleaning the rest in an authorized service center (after checking the transfer, everything is +)
- replacement of the fuel filter, SCV valve and high pressure turbine
- the pressure, fuel flow and power rail for injections have been checked
- replacement of injection seals and valve seals
- verified transfers on a cold and warm engine and everything is cool only when checking on the computer with a warm engine 1 of the injectors does not work 2 weakly and 2 high above the level.
The last mechanic said that the only option could be injection coding and until the next one he returns with a computer problem and should be deleted.
I am asking for advice, maybe someone has already had such a situation, because so far he is spending money on buying parts that do not change anything.
