Samsung UE55KU6072U Version No: 4 - Ipla App Disappeared After TV Format and Channel Search

Will somebody answer me ... Why did Ipla suddenly disappear from the menu bar ?? Even today it was, I was doing the TV format because he didn't want to search for channels. When in the evening I wanted to watch my series, I was waiting for a VERY IMPORTANT matter ... Ipla disappeared. It has worked so far and I will add that after buying the TV I did not have to set anything. This app just was! So I doubt whether the reset has actually contributed to it. In addition, it was its third format and there were no problems ...
