    Hello,
Well, since yesterday morning I have a problem with the internet on all pages with https I pop up such a message
    Spoiler:
    This site cannot be reached

The server (the given server) has refused the connection.
    Try these solutions:
    Check the connection
Check the proxy server and firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Today I read a lot of things on this topic and I did not find any solution to the problem, so I decided to write another topic with the same problem and maybe someone will help me but getting to the bottom.
I was browsing the Allegro yesterday, I entered the offer and the above-mentioned message appeared after a moment of resetting the internet browser and router, the problem did not stop and then I realized that almost all websites did not work for me. I scanned the computer with antivirus, adw and hitman pro which found nothing except adw which found something in the registry but after removing it the problem with the internet did not stop. It seems to me that the problem itself lies with the internet / router because when I connected the laptop to wi-fi and the cable, the problem started to appear on the laptop, the same applies to phones that I connected to my wi-fi.
The Internet works fine, the ping is normal, it does not exceed 32 and the firewall does not block anything, I used this is some advice to remove the allowed program and add it again, but it did not work ... Below I will post logs that some asked for in other topics. I am asking for help because I am temporarily connected to the Internet and a mobile one in my area does not work ...

Probably not quite right since the pages are not loading.
Check what DNS address you have set in the router (it does not hurt to check also in the computer)
Check if it responds to pings.

If it was only one computer - obvious problem with the correct date and time.
If more devices, including the phone:
    1. Reset the router to factory settings and reconfigure it (preferably by trying another router).
    2. If 1 did not help, the fault is on the supplier's side and the complaint will help.
Helpful post? Buy me a coffee.

We already have a description of the problem, now let me ask for specific details:
    what internet?
    from who?
    on what equipment?
how and with what net delivered home?
    checked on other browsers?

I checked and the one in the router ends at 1.20 and on the computer, after entering ipcofing / all into cmd, it writes to me in the dns servers column with the ending 0.1
I'm not sure if I understood the command correctly - I did a ping test with the router's diagnostic tool and it worked

Router was reset rolled back to mouth. factory and reconfigured unfortunately did not help.

Radio Internet, a local company, the problem occurred when using the notebooak HP mini 210 and then with the Asusie-r541uj, the net is delivered to the home via radio and a cable to the router model: TL-WR841N flies from the antenna. Checked on chrome, firefox, opera and IE everywhere the same

Skip the TP Link router and connect to the antenna by cable - test.

    It is still the same

Maybe something in the operator's equipment - there is some Mikrotik in your antenna and maybe something got mixed up here.
Report the problem to the operator (maybe he modernized something in Mikrotik himself and it did not work ...).

Well this morning I'll be calling and explaining this matter. I have one more question, is it possible that this problem is caused by something with the certificates? My friend at work said something to me today, but he could not explain exactly what it was.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing connectivity issues with HTTPS websites, receiving a "This Site Cannot Be Reached" message across multiple devices, including laptops and phones. The user has attempted various troubleshooting steps, including scanning for malware, resetting the router (TP-Link TL-WR841N), and checking DNS settings. Responses suggest verifying DNS configurations, resetting the router to factory settings, and testing the connection directly to the antenna. There are indications that the issue may lie with the internet service provider's equipment, specifically a Mikrotik device. The user also inquires about potential certificate-related problems affecting connectivity.
