I bought an apartment with a Bosch stove, but the previous owner lost the instructions. There is no tag anywhere on the stove model. Maybe some of you will recognize it and help you set the clock.

You tried the standard combination, you press the bell button and the second button next to it, you choose the time with the plus and minus.

If you have a problem with the setting, turn on the power at the time when the clock is set by default (12:00 or 00:00).

Aligned, thanks. And how to disable the alarm permanently? One day he woke us up at night and I had to unplug the stove because I couldn't stop it!

There is probably no such possibility. If you don't set the alarm, it shouldn't work. With koro you turned off the power, the programmer should reset. It is possible that someone accidentally started the timer. Download the manual, e.g. amika G6E3SZTc can fit. Here you have +, - there is a knob.
