    Good morning,

I have this message: "There is a problem with the printer or ink support. Turn the printer off and on again. If the problem persists, contact HP"

In the help (?) For error description is: "General printer error. Solution 1: turn it on and off, blah blah ... Solution 2: Record the error number and contact HP blah blah .."

Of course, no error is gone.

When you open the carcass lid, the carriage moves and you can remove the ink cartridges. Interestingly, after removing the black, a message appears that there is no black and after clicking OK there is a normal screen with no error. After reinserting the black error returns. It is the same with every color - once removed, the error does not disappear.

I borrowed a black ink cartridge from the company next door - the error didn't go away.

Now the question is: is the head damaged or something else?

Oh, one more thing. The customer admitted that he sometimes "saved" on carcasses and bought a black replacement.

Hello, I had the same case and only replaced the head for a new + set of original inks - unfortunately expensive party.

Check if all containers have ink. Shake them to cover the opening through which the ink is fed.
If any seems empty, replace it.
Then do a hard reset from the menu without any ink.
If it is impossible to enter the options without ink, then with the inks installed.

In my opinion, there is nothing damaged in the printer and it can be turned on after putting on the carcass, which are not empty, full or airy.

The carcasses that I have are original, they are not empty (something messy about them). I don't know if they're infected, how do I check it?
Hard reset did not help. It has come to a point where the printer wants to calibrate the head. Then a message from my first post appeared.

If there is a calibration, it means that the nozzle of some color is unobstructed.
Take out the print head and see if the nozzles leave a mark on the paper towel. Apply it for a fraction of a second and write if all the stripes are even and have good color.
If not, you need to unblock her. If you don't have liquids, use warm distilled water. Pour into the dish and put the head on the surface of the liquid, then wipe with a paper towel and attach to the printer.

I've cleaned it before. Traces are ok.

Are the head contacts dry, not crooked? Are the chip contacts straight? What is the error code?

Everything is ok. Contact springs whole, not bent. Chips in their places.
The error code - as I wrote at the beginning - is not displayed.
