You must remove the printer case to get to the cleaning station. Probably mechanical damage to the station, or only temporary blockage of the cleaning mechanism. When you remove the cover, turn the printer main roller (on the left you have a large rack) to move the station backwards. If this is impossible, then remove the rail on which the ambulance travels (unscrew the three screws).

HP - TORX 10 printers, sometimes 8 or 20. In this only 10.

On the left you have a white rack - try to turn it. Unless this operation is blocked and the station under the ambulance does not want to move backwards, you need to unscrew the metal rail on which the ambulance travels and release the docking station mechanism by manually sliding it backwards.

I get on the display of the Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 printer error 0x6100000b. I cleaned the printer heads and pulled it out, cleaned and put it back in and the error popped out. Did I mount the head wrongly? I tried again but nothing worked.

I have the same problem. Withdrawing the cleaning dock as you call it doesn't help. After pressing OK at the error message, the station moves forward, then goes back and at the moment of maximum withdrawal this irritating sound appears. If anyone has an idea how to fix it, please let me know.
