As in the topic I need a good external antenna for this router. I live in Mystków / I prefer to connect with the LTE800 transmitter I see from the window but the speeds are poor now: 8down and 17 up at night better. When the rooftop exhibition catches mine 1800 from the shadowy one, I will add that there are no antennae tightened, and something out there on 2,100 and 2,600 with a new filter, as shown in the screenshots.
Which antenna would be the best in this case.

Remember that you have 30 DAYS OF TEST in this offer, for free, for everyone, also at stationary points.

The speed you have is good, it's normal LTE speeds. If you take out the average, it will come out so much that ho ho. For example, I used to play 1 Mb / s in the evening, 30 Mb / s in the evening, and a daily average of 15 Mb / s. 100 lucky people will do so with 200 Mb / s ...

Important how real. The LTE market is a poor compared to TV antennas. In theory, it would be best to have a good antenna / antenna at 1800 and 2600 and select the aggregation of these bands. I wish you good luck in searching. Only 1800 has a lot of good antennas to choose from like Cybertech, but you can not guarantee that there will be higher speeds. The only option is to go to the transmitter in the evening with a telephone and do tests.

    At LTE 800, at the moment I have: 5.13 Mb / s down and 17.16 Mb / s up
    A on HSPA + 15.04 Mb / s down and 4.12 Mb / s up.
Much better on 3G at least during rush hour.
And as for the antenna, I think I will take this one and see it: http://www.cybertech.com.pl/p115,antena-dualna-lte-4g-15dbi-mimo.html
Unless you recommend something different from 1800-2600 in one.

It will kind of rejuvenate the old chop, but it's practically identical, namely I took the Internet home from T-Mobile to 60Mb / s for the trial period. I was provided with a router without antennas, would it be anything else to change at my own expense? If so, what do you recommend?
The router is in the attic and its destination will be there. I live in the village of Przedmoście near Glogów in the province Lower Silesia. Below are screenshots from each of the HManager configurations.

When it comes to speedtest, it's made in advance:

    1800 + 2600
    800 + 2600
    + 800 1800
    2600
    1800
    800

Please, let me know if it is worth keeping 60Mb / s and if I can improve anything, because it provides Netflix in 4K.

The LTE800 T-Mobile works best with BTS Rudnowska 75, the correct signal on it is also slightly overloaded LTE1800NetWorks with sufficient signal, LTE1800 + 800 aggregation with it did not turn on. LTE2600 from BTS at Skarga 25, so low and low speed. On the BTS, also LTE1`800, but aggregation from it to LTE2600 + 1800 did not work. You can not achieve anything more on LTE800. Aggregation LTE1800 + 800 from Rudnowska rather does not work and LTE1800 also does not kidnap.

Okay, that's the best LTE 800, and I set it up as well. Is it possible to mount antennas for whatever it gives me? If so, what to mount? Possibly, can I do something else? I am beginning to consider either reducing the package or, in general, giving up and searching for something else ...

At LTE800, you probably do not get too much. Improvement of the LTE1800 signal should accelerate something, but it costs about PLN 300 for broadband antennas at 800-2600MHz. You will also improve the LTE2600 signal on them, it may surprise the LTE2600 + 1800 aggregation from the complaint but it is difficult to predict how it will translate into speed. If you had an Android phone and Network cell Info application under BTS on Rudnowska and Skarga, you are standing in your direction and checking the signal parameters and CID BTS in NCI and you are doing speedtest. Under BTsSami will connect you to LTE1800 and LTE2600 respectively, signal parameters will be correct so speedtest will show how these bands are loaded on these BTSs.

To sum up, you have to change the package to a lower one, because 60Mbps is impossible and most probably I will not be able to buy an antenna for PLN 300 and it is a shame to spend money

And can you please tell me which operator would I use better / faster internet for my location?

Can you judge if it is worth pushing at 60Mb / s? Or maybe some antenna will help?

Test with BTS-LTE800 T-mobile in Grębocice, signal sufficient, low SINR so and speeds are probably weak, no speed test. At LTE800 there is no chance of getting sensible speeds, T-Mobile has 10MHz bandwidth in MIMO2x2 and DL up to 75Mb / s, of course in theory. As a rule, the band is heavily loaded and clogged. The antenna will not change anything here.

Ok and setting another LTE? In the earliest posts the best speed test was for LTE 800 + 1800 and LTE 800 + 2600 settings?

Topic summary

✨ The discussion revolves around selecting an optimal external antenna for the Huawei B525 router, specifically for connecting to the LTE800 transmitter. Users report varying speeds, with some experiencing better performance on HSPA+ compared to LTE800. FAQ

TL;DR: On LTE800 (10 MHz, 2x2 MIMO) the Huawei B525 typically tops out near 75 Mb/s; “The antenna will not change anything here.” [Elektroda, matek451, post #17619924]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps Huawei B525 owners pick antennas, test bands, and set expectations when aiming at an LTE800 mast.

Quick Facts

What external antenna is best for a Huawei B525 when I see an LTE800 mast?

If LTE800 is congested, an external antenna brings little benefit. One user returned a dual‑MIMO unit due to no improvement. Focus first on testing higher bands (1800/2600) and aggregation potential before buying hardware. “The antenna will not change anything here.” [Elektroda, matek451, post #17619924]

Should I prioritize LTE800 or try LTE1800/2600 for higher speeds?

Test LTE1800 and LTE2600 from nearby BTS sites. LTE800 often suffers load, while higher bands can be faster if available. Aggregation 1800+2600 may work on some sites, but not all. Verify at the tower before committing. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17590190]

Will a PLN 300 wideband (800–2600 MHz) MIMO antenna boost my throughput?

It can raise signal on 1800/2600 and may enable better aggregation, but gains are not guaranteed. The advisor suggests testing bands at the BTS first, as congestion limits speed more than signal on LTE800. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17590190]

Why is my LTE800 slower than 3G/HSPA+ at peak times?

LTE800 has limited 10 MHz bandwidth and heavy load in many areas. Users saw 5.13/17.16 Mb/s on LTE800 versus 15.04/4.12 Mb/s on HSPA+. Congestion, not bars, drives this gap. [Elektroda, marszalek1989, post #16716756]

How do I test which band and BTS are best near me? (3‑step)

  1. Install Network Cell Info on Android.
  2. Go to the LTE1800 and LTE2600 BTS locations you identified.
  3. Face the sector, note CID and signal in the app, and run speedtests for each band. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17590190]

What is carrier aggregation and why didn’t 1800+800 enable here?

Carrier aggregation combines bands for higher throughput. In the reported area, LTE1800+800 from the Rudnowska BTS did not activate, limiting speeds to single‑band performance. This is a network configuration issue. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17590046]

What do SINR and RSRP mean for my speed on LTE800?

Low SINR indicates interference and load; even with adequate RSRP, throughput drops. Testing showed sufficient signal on LTE800 but low SINR and weak speeds. Improve band choice more than power. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17619924]

Which app shows Huawei B525 bands and lets me lock them?

Use Huawei Manager (HManager) to view and set bands on supported Huawei routers. A Polish APK was shared for this purpose in the thread. Lock bands to test 800/1800/2600 and combos. [Elektroda, matek451, post #16813240]

Can I rely on a 60 Mb/s plan for 4K Netflix on LTE800?

Do not assume sustained 60 Mb/s on LTE800. The band is 10 MHz and often congested; practical throughput can be far lower during busy hours. Test higher bands and CA first. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17619924]

I see the mast but speeds are low—what’s the bottleneck?

Visibility is not capacity. The LTE800 sector was loaded; even with adequate signal, throughput stayed modest. Users reported better results at night, confirming congestion, not coverage. [Elektroda, marszalek1989, post #16715320]

Is upgrading to LTE1800/2600 always possible in my town?

Not always. The local LTE2600 site sat low and delivered limited speed, and 1800+2600 aggregation from another site didn’t engage. Site build and config decide outcomes. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17590046]

What is MIMO 2x2 on LTE800, in simple terms?

MIMO 2x2 uses two transmit and two receive paths to increase data capacity on the same channel. On LTE800 here, it rides a 10 MHz channel with a 75 Mb/s theoretical ceiling in downlink. [Elektroda, matek451, post #17619924]
