Hello. I have a problem with the 2008 Audi A3 1.9 tdi BLS. The problem is heavy starting on a warm engine. It's ok in the cold. More than once it fires heavily, it will fire more than once and after a second it will go out and I have to do 3-4 so that it fires. The situation worsens when the air temperature is elevated. It was a minor problem at first, but things are getting worse. One mechanic stated, after connecting to the computer with a defective dual mass, which I exchanged for the original company, luk zachs. The second mechanic stated the unit injector rib because there were such cases. 3 who devoted him the most time, said the injections according to the computer checks are ok, so he recommended me to replace the seals because it would not hurt or maybe it will help and probably they are not good anymore. I replaced the sealants at mechanic number 2. It was the same. Mechanic 3 found time for me, he checked the dwumase sensors, he even took out the computer, updated the software and changed the timing to -5. It was well two months now it's coming back. The car accelerates normally, it burns well, cold. Replaced the starter from valeo to Bosch because it has more turns. Please help with what to do next. No effect is charged for each checking and exchange.

I will add that recently the starting dose has been changed to the highest possible. Mechanic 3 put on an engine controller from this model but with an automatic gearbox and it was fine. The mechanic said that the machine has an even greater starting dose, which cannot be set in my controller than the manual gearbox.

Have you made a new map with a starting dose?

He said he won softa is probably the same. I'm not a mechanic. For example, DPF burnout began after this treatment. Because it says it's a normal reaction after changing the software.

I set the largest possible starting dose on the warm with a manual gearbox.
