Best AC/DC TIG Welder for Home Workshop with Pulse, HR Functions & 2T/4T (Kemppi, Lincoln, Sherman)

I plan to enrich my workshop with an AC / DC tig welder, I would like it to have:
-Pulse
- HR functions
-2t, 4t
The welder will be used mainly for services.
I looked at welding machines from kemppi, Lincoln with these functions, the price ranges between 7,000. + accessories This is quite a lot considering that he works 8 hours a week on average.

I also found SHERMAN TIG 201P AC / DC the price is quite good, but I don't know about the quality of this equipment, does anyone have or have opinions about it?
