WD My Cloud v04.05.00-315: Unable to Establish Direct Connection via D-Link DIR-842 Router

I purchased a WD My Cloud "drive" with software v04.05.00-315.

I can't configure it to connect directly to the internet via the D-Link DIR-842 router (Hardware Version: B1; Firmware Version: 2.03MT).
Despite configuring it according to the instructions on the manufacturer's website:

still in the "cloud access" section I get a prompt:
"Connected (indirect connection established)
Port forwarding was unable to establish a connection on port 8082 and port 8443. "

In the attachment screenshots from the router configuration, because I suspect that the problem is on his side.

I will be very grateful for any help or direct guidance.

Do you have a public IP address on the d-link WAN so that this port forwarding makes sense?

What internet and from whom, and with what UPLOAD?

I have a different address on WAN than I have seen so far, but I have no idea if it is public. I also attach a screenshot of the configuration.

unfortunately the IP addresses from the 10.xxx pool are private addresses. You need to get a public IP address for devices to connect directly.

Because by default, 99% of operators use public IP.

This has to be offered by the manufacturer of the drive itself as an intermediary service.

And what will it give you - since such addressing is not available from the Internet.

I got the public IP address and the device configured itself properly :)
