Hello,
plus internet for 2 months, I used Play before and it was not a problem, and it was also wireless (so it's neither the range nor the old construction probably can not be). Problems began almost immediately as we changed the internet. The Internet began to hang up, but only theoretically, i.e. the computer still had a connection, but it was impossible to enter any page. After restarting the router, the problem goes away for a while. Oddly enough, the computer (windows 10) I'm talking about is connected to the router with an Ethernet cable. The rest of the devices are supposed to have internet access at this time, but the range is terribly limited and the speed is decreasing. I thought maybe the router's software is out of date, but it's the latest one installed. I have two 5GHz and 2.4GHz bands on the router, but I only use the latter if it is important information. What should I do? People with the help of Plus say that everything should speed like this doll
Do you have any advice (internet replacement is not an option right now)?
