Changing the DNS did not help, I could not turn off the service on the site itself,
what can you use did anyone deal with this? The service blocks websites such as search or cda

The problem mainly occurs in the UK, help!

Download FRST compatible with your system version, scan and upload the FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs

No way, the problem occurs on a freshly installed system on the same laptop connected to the same network and I rather do not know what to look for in these logs ???

This is not a virus but the parent filter of the Sky internet provider in the UK. Blocks porn sites and similar. You need to log in to your account on Sky (NOT to the router) and turn it off there. Or call the hotline.

Something similar? it's good that you wrote about it because I wouldn't think about it myself ;-)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues with Sky Broadband Shield in the UK, specifically the inability to disable the service that blocks access to certain websites like search and CDA. Users have attempted to change DNS settings without success and are advised to log into their Sky account (not the router) to disable the parental filter. Some users suggested reporting the issue to the operator for assistance. The problem persists even on freshly installed systems, indicating that the filter is not a virus but a service provided by Sky.
