    Hello.
I am asking about the cause of the problem in the lack of sound in this TV model.
Despite the lack of any speakers / headphones etc. connected to the Mini-Jack socket, the television informs that "the headset has been connected" and does not emit sound. Earlier I used these audio sets for the jack, but I stopped in favor of the recently bought speaker which was connected to this TV model with the SCART connector. I noticed the problem when switching from one audio system to another. I tried restoring factory settings and disconnecting any audio devices from the SCART connector and from Jack - both unsuccessfully. I make an inquiry here - on the electrode. Servicemen and professionals - help! :(

The micro contact in the headphone jack may be damaged ;) Pay attention to this

When using headphones through the headphone jack, the sound is emitted - not unplugged. So I understand that this micro contact can affect this?
In addition, would repair / replacement of such a headphone jack cost a lot and can it be done at home or better through the service?

There is a micro contact somewhere that gives information to uP whether headphones are connected or not. If the message is still displayed, this is something ;) You have to check it out. If you don't know it, send it to the service ;)

This is not 100% certain ;) But the service technician will definitely handle it

The problem is solved - the problem is eliminated by sending the device to the service - the guest replaced the Jack socket and everything flashes beautifully.
Thank you for all the help - topic closed :)

Topic summary

The LG 37LD450-ZA TV experienced a sound issue where it falsely indicated that a headset was connected, despite no audio devices being plugged in. The problem arose after switching from headphones to a speaker connected via SCART. Users suggested that a damaged micro contact in the headphone jack could be the cause, which might misinform the TV's microcontroller about the connection status. After troubleshooting, including a factory reset and disconnecting devices, the issue was resolved by sending the TV to a service technician who replaced the faulty headphone jack.
