Hello,
My problem started with replacing the mass flywheel and clutch. The wheel began to jerk and the car's mileage was already 176,000 km. I decided to regenerate the dual mass and clutch. The car was returned to the mechanic, where they removed the dual mass and clutch, sent for regeneration and put it back after the regeneration. After this treatment, the car started to have problems that were not there before, i.e. sometimes it did not start and when it started, it shook and went out. It happened sporadically until it refused to fire at all. Finally when it fired it shuddered and made noise. No power etc.
A few days later I arrived at the garage where it turned out that the timing was broken and all the rocker arms were ground. After replacing the camshaft, levers, filters and oil, the car worked as before, but the problem with firing remained. It was possible to drive the car for 3 weeks (600 km) and then the problem returned. Experts found that the chain was pulled out because it was not branded (ruville). They gave their original one and everything was ok. After this exchange, I drove 5 days (250 km) and the problem returned today.
My question is:
- Could the reason for this be a poorly complex dual mass? I would like to add that the clutch is strong, there are no vibrations on the pedal of the clutch and no noise.
-New starter,
- New timing
- New oil pan
- Filters and oil
Currently no power, metallic noise, smoke. No check engine.
