Hello. Today I became the owner of the washer, I bought it through an internet advertisement and I have a problem with it.
In general, the washer works, it makes no noise and produces good pressure, at least I think so, factory setting 135bar I noticed 100 bar reducer already turned on to the max, maybe this is due to the resistance of the lance "I can be wrong". What worries me I wanted to replace the oil in it and it turns out that the oil is cloudy coffee-milk color or water in oil. I drained all the oil, poured in a second one for rinsing, started the washer for a few minutes and then drained all the oil again. Finally, I poured 15W40 castrol into the middle of the sight glass. The seller is to call tomorrow and I wanted to ask for advice if the repair would be profitable, what costs can I expect and what should this repair involve? The seller gives a start-up guarantee and I would like to examine the ground before talking.

    Hello

If the seller provides a start-up guarantee, then repair and payment of its costs lies with him.

I was able to find sets of pump seals for this washer, they differ in diameters.

Added to this is labor costs, unless you feel uncomfortable and replace them yourself.
As I wrote above, send the equipment to the seller for repair or reduce the price by the cost of repair.
Let me know how the conversation with the seller went.

    Regards Michał

The seller beat me and called me this morning. He claims that he sold some of these washers and guarantees that this washer did not change, the oil did not change and the washer was in a rather humid room, which could cause the oil to mix with water. He added that he gives a guarantee for half a year, but in no way I can see it, it is difficult to talk to him in general. Today in the morning I called the service and they are supposed to let me know what the situation with sealants looks like, I will probably get a summary of the repair costs. I would gladly send it back in order to hold the seller liable but during shipment in my direction they damaged 2 elements and there is a risk that the washer will be in complete devastation with subsequent shipments. As I wrote earlier, I tried to rinse all the oil thoroughly, poured fresh oil and now I think it remains to watch if it will become cloudy.

In this case, you should immediately contact the seller, after all you pay for the good and that you should expect, unless the advertisement says that something is damaged. It is the seller's responsibility to pack the goods in a way that prevents them from damage. I do not know what the matter of buying from a private person looks like, but when buying goods remotely from a seller dealing with this professionally you have the right to return the goods within 10 or 14 days without giving a reason, of course we are loss for the shipment. Press the guy.
