Hello, can you use this tape to glue the tape connecting the matrix to the strip? - -

I won't answer the question, but today on YT I watched exactly how a similar TV model (I get to know it by the edge) gostek repaired with a piece of rubber tube. On one tape, some pins did not touch. Pressing the finger was OK. He glued a piece of adhesive tape on both sides and a piece of rubber tube on it in the absence of contact, the whole was pressed by a strip covering the connecting tape from the LCD.

I have several matrices with damaged tapes and it's a shame to throw them in the garbage. I'm only interested in sticking the old ones, they are OK on the glass.
