Hello, will I be able to receive audio on the headphones on the phone by connecting the bluetooth adapter to the TV and then connecting to it via the phone?

99% not. I have not seen USB audio streaming on TV.

There are bluetooth adapters with jack special, I thought about them more.

But through this jack the audio signal comes out of the adapter, not the other way around. You can then add bluetooth aux to the amplifier, for example. You connect such an adapter with a chinch-jack cable to the amplifier, and you send music from the phone to the adapter. You want the other way, and you can't.
