Hello, as in the subject. Fresh purchase and costs right away, I changed the headlights because 1 was already burned out and the lampshade was cracked, while 2 was missing the rear cover (cover) and it steamed up terribly (I even noticed that the previous owner had inserted the English version of the headlamp).
    In Seat Ibiza 2002. 6L 1.4 16v sat lamps on a single H4 bulb

The seller in my area said that lamps with H7 + H3 bulb will fit these:

And he was right, everything fits. Everything shines. But it needs some change.
Please help me with the change. He wants the dipped headlights to be lit when the traffic lights are on. Just like I have it in Focus and at my father's in Mazda.
Because currently only H3 bulbs are on the road, it is far away and it is dark in front of the car. What should I do to make both shine at once?

When I hold the turn signal switch towards myself, both glow nicely.
On the other hand, as the road switch (i.e. the turn signal switch from itself, only the H3 bulb itself lights up). I am asking for advice, help.

Probably the easiest way to do it is on the relay.

From what I remember, the difference in the power supply of the dipped beam headlamps for both types of lamps lies in the output on a different pin on the plug from the switch under the steering wheel. It's just that two-filament light bulbs cannot shine with two filaments at once because they would overheat. Find diagrams from both versions to find out which pins they are, but most likely you just need to translate them and everything will work as you want. If you don't find it, let me know and I'll try to help.

Unfortunately I can't find it. Little information about this model in the native language. I am asking for help, of course, in my free time, the matter is not urgent.

I checked. In the version with double lamps, there is an additional cable with a cross-section of 1.5mm ^ 2. It comes from the light switch (this knob) from the 17-pin plug from pin No. 7 and is yellow with a green stripe. You probably won't have it at all, so you will have to add a pin. Connect it with a wire of the same color and cross section going to the switch under the steering wheel or going into the fuse box on the side of the board.

Thank you. You were right, I attached this wire with PIN 7 to the fuses and it works as I wanted.
