Hello gentlemen... I can not remove the crank to raise and lower the glass ... How to remove it?

You need to pull the security, it looks like a horseshoe. You can see them prying the handle down; so that there is a gap between the crank holder and the upholstery.

I think the thirteen flat key fits correctly. So that tightly (or lightly loose) goes into the handle wherever the pin is. I am so in Astra F download.
