Windows 10 Pro OEM License & ESXI Virtualization: Activation & Licensing Issues Explained

I have a Windows 10 Pro license assigned to my computer (OEM), I would like to install ESXI (virtualization software) on it and create a virtual machine with ESXI from the Windows 10 Pro system.

questions:
1. How does this relate to the license? (the system is still running on the same computer)
2. Will there be a problem with activation?

There will be a problem with activation. The system has been assigned to a given equipment, and when installing it on a virtual machine it is theoretically on a different one. In practice, the system will see the virtualized firmware by VMware ESX instead of your motherboard. Only in the case of Windows Server and Hyper-V the Standard edition entitles to set up two Windows Server virtual machines under the same license. For client systems, you must purchase licenses separately.

So all I have to do is buy a new license or look for an alternative.
