Hello, I was a satisfied owner of a LG washing machine / dryer for a long time. I will describe the problem briefly, so I left for a week outside the house and, as it was written in the instructions, I turned off the water so that it would not accidentally get into the drum, after arrival I turned on the washing machine, everything would be ok until I turned on the drying function, after drying the clothes were wet as straightforward from the river, it was possible to turn and have a full sink of water. I have a drum up to 5 kg, drying is always less, I checked the filter and poured out the water that had accumulated in the drain tank, I also checked the hose and everything is ok, so I turned on these wet clothes for 1400 revolutions and 15 minutes and the laundry was much drier than this what I found after drying, so I hopefully turned on the drying mode again for an hour. Hopefully I opened the drum after finishing work but found the clothes completely wet again! Not logical! It looks as if the water was standing / backing up but it is probably not possible because during spinning the clothes are relatively dry as it should be, or a problem with the program or computer.
I hope whoever will be able to help!
best regards !
