    Hello,
I've had a problem with my washer/dryer for about a week. When I set the drying program, the washing machine starts working normally but does not dry the laundry. It looks like it doesn't pump out the water during the drying process. The laundry at the end of the program is very warm but wetter than after spinning.

This problem occurs intermittently. Sometimes it dries and sometimes it doesn't. I noticed that during the felerne drying, it does not turn on the pumping out of the condensate.

Does anyone know how to tackle this problem?

The washing machine is 5 years old and so far trouble-free.

    Good morning.
I have the same problem. Have you already found out the reason? How much did it cost to repair the fault?
Today a specialist is to come who bets on the replacement of the control panel, and this is a cost of about PLN 900. But this is another expert who advises. The previous one replaced a non-return tee or a tee valve, another cleaned the wires and replaced the heater, but it still didn't help.
Please let me know how you solved the problem and how much it cost.
    Regards,
    Joanna

    Hello Miss Joanna
I solved the problem myself at a fairly low cost because of my own effort.

I still do not know the reason for this state of affairs. I can only assume that it was a problem related to the accumulation of dust from the clothes during drying.

I unscrewed the upper cover, then the dryer fan and the metal cover from the hot air - under all this there was a lot of dust that soaked during washing and there was a problem with air flow during drying.

To sum up, you don't need to unscrew these elements and clean them from the tarnish. Behind the fan too.

I additionally rinsed an empty washing machine with two domestos to clean it between the drum and its coat - we were also full of dust.

And then cleaning the drain filter several times.

    Good luck

    Thank you for your answer.
He was a craftsman, unscrewed the lid, checked if it was free of lint, he found little, because it had been cleaned before, so he decided that the sensor was stuck and that's why it was happening. He cleaned, twisted the washing machine, deleted PLN 125, and the laundry was wet after drying without changes ... He was supposed to take the washing machine to the workshop today and diagnose there, but he did not come and the phone is turned off, so my pressure is elegant and without coffee ;)
If he doesn't come tomorrow, I'll probably take care of this washing machine myself, according to your suggestion.
    Thank you once again.
    Regards,
    Joanna

    I hope that you succeeded.
additionally - in my washer-dryer, I unscrewed the limit temperature sensor from the hot air pipe - now it lies next to it (quite close) and drying has been working fine for a year
