I have a "fluorescent lamp" LED (the equivalent of a fluorescent tube) and I would like to connect the power supply only on one side, i.e. on Figure 1. Can it be done with any LED lamp? Until now, I had a connection, i.e. fig. 2.

You must check the path of the fluorescent tube with the meter, whether the upper left pin has a physical connection with the upper right.

LED fluorescent lamps are connected in the same way as oil bulbs, because neither one nor the other - DO NOT EXIST!

See how it is described on the fluorescent lamp, where L, and where N. But they are such that they have power on one side.

    definitions:
LED lamp - (incorrectly called "LED bulb") - a light source based on light-emitting diodes (LED), placed in a housing that allows it to be used in a luminaire intended for incandescent lamps.
Fluorescent lamps or fluorescent lamps - are a variety of discharge lamps, in which light is emitted by a phosphor excited by UV radiation, resulting from glow discharge in a pipe filled with gas and mercury vapors.

What you have is "TAP with LEDs" or "LED imitation of fluorescent tubes".

    Neologism: "LED lamp" is wrong!

However, the moderator expects substantive responses from the author of the thread, omitting the fact that he may not know the correct nomenclature.
An appropriate announcement has been created from this: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3171101.html
To which you can simply send back.

Please, focus the next time on solving the main problem and report the remaining issues, including nomenclature.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a fluorescent lamp LED, specifically designed to replace traditional fluorescent tubes, with power supplied from only one side. Participants emphasize the importance of checking the electrical connections of the lamp to ensure compatibility with one-sided power supply configurations. It is noted that if the fluorescent lamp fixtures are interconnected, the one-sided connection may not be feasible. Additionally, there is a clarification on the terminology used, distinguishing between LED lamps and fluorescent lamps, and the need for precise language in technical discussions. The consensus suggests that not all LED lamps can be connected in this manner, and users should refer to the lamp's specifications for guidance.
