After clicking the left button, the background opens, but the list and program icons are not shown and the background disappears after a while. Sometimes only the program list will appear without the tiles pinned next to it, but it closes very quickly and nothing can be clicked.

It should be examined whether there is a group of "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES" in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT in permissions. The group should have READ privileges. If it is not there, you should create such a group and check the permissions checkbox. After restarting it should work.
