iPhone 6s plus - Does not turn on - it becomes the Apple logo after visiting the

Hello, I bought an iPhone 6s Plus in the 16gb space gray version, the previous owner said that the phone was dead and turned off, it did not respond to anything, after replacing the battery, the Apple logo will blink for a few milliseconds and all the time, the computer does not detects it in DFU mode. I sent the phone to the applefix service in Wrocław, they found that the charging system, the contactless payment module and the GSM module are damaged, I do not remember or something else, they could repair the charging system for 350, but they said that the phone will never have coverage again, because this module GSM is not repairable - not replaceable, and the probable cause of this damage is flooding / overheating, but the phone was not flooded, so I bet overheating by a damaged u2, my question is whether the module with range is not to be moved? Nothing to do about it? Because honestly, after what this website did, I don't trust them somehow .. I am asking for advice and best regards

Of course, the Baseband chip (the mentioned GSM module) is fixable and not only that.

I understand that equipment can be sent to you? How much could this close? So if this website found out what was lost at all, it would be u2 and the GSM module, this contactless payment reader by the way, but somehow I do not need it
