    Hello

I have had my current phone - iPhone 6s Plus for over a week. Already on the first day it turned off by itself while using a certain application. It looks like a black screen, an apple, and a black screen again, and then it turns back on again and again and again. It's quite hard to turn it on. I've already done a hard reset and it's still shutting down. Most often it rains when using one specific application. iTunes sees the iPhone, everything is normal if not for the fact that the phone is restarting itself. I don't know if it's the battery's fault or something else. When I connect it to the charger, nothing happens, it still turns on and off. Is there anything else you can do with it, is it better to repair or replace it?

Thank you in advance for your help. best regards :)

More like a service, and it's good.

At the beginning, it is necessary to check the battery and verify the current consumption of the boards. On your own, you can read information about the battery status (consumption or number of cycles) in the 3uTools or coconutbattery software.
