    Hello,

Does anyone know what fuse is responsible for the display on the dashboard of the so-called Check Engine? If at all. A question of a forthcoming review, if nothing else helps. The thing is, the car comes after three visits to different workshops. Yellow engine light is on. A bug reportedly related to the probes. Probes checked and after clearing the error, the same appears. Possibly someone knows what this indicator can still be responsible for in this model, because there is nothing else wrong with the car? Maybe error codes ... I don't know. Thanks in advance.

At all. It is the same fuse that protects the engine control unit.
Since it reappears after being deleted, the check sucked.
If you want the light not to sting in your eyes, you can remove the bulb. But if the diagnostician is annoying, he will notice that it is dark during the start-up.

Because the probes are good, but the catalyst is probably gone ...

If the light is on, these are errors. They should be read to help locate the fault.

    Does anyone have error codes?
The cables were also checked. I will check this catalyst again. Thanks for the suggestion. And the flow meter can somehow be diagnosed?

The error codes must be read from your car ... I don't understand the question / request.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2002 Nissan Almera N16 with a persistent Check Engine light issue. The user inquires about the specific fuse related to the dashboard display for the Check Engine light and seeks insights into potential causes for the light's recurrence after multiple workshop visits. Responses suggest that the fuse protecting the engine control unit is involved, and that the issue may stem from a faulty catalyst rather than the probes, which have been checked. Participants emphasize the importance of reading error codes to diagnose the problem accurately, with suggestions to check the catalyst and flow meter as potential sources of the issue.
