This is a project file specific for this program and only in it can be edited, but to execute it you need the VSDC Video Editor PRO version.

I have already solved the problem but I lost time because now I did it in AVS Video Editor and it is easy, fast and already converting, but thanks for the answer. I will know for the next time.
